We compare Petropar's (state) 93-octane mid-grade nafta, the equivalent of Brazil's regular gasoline. At private CDE stations (Copetrol, Puma, Shell) fuel costs more: around Gs 7,690 for mid-grade and Gs 9,240 for super (ABC Color, August 2026), plus the CDE transport surcharge. In practice, at the normal grade, filling up in Foz usually pays off. Converted at the guaraní rate.
