The event combines fashion and entertainment to raise funds for the province of Misiones' only specialized mental-health facility. The organization receives logistical support and permits from the Puerto Iguazú City Hall and the Municipal Tourism Authority.

The program includes runway shows of collections by local and international designers, as well as performances by artist Rodrigo Sosa and model Ingrid Grudke. The parade will be hosted by Andy Garmendia.

According to Mariela Aguirre, interministerial coordinator for Mental Health at the Misiones Ministry of Health, the funds raised will be used to strengthen the digitization of the hospital’s systems and clinical records. The institution cares for 30 patients in long-term residence and offers services such as a 24-hour emergency ward, psychological and psychiatric care, and inpatient treatment when needed.
